Defense against the Heilman/Remington bidding "system"

- point ranges are 11+ in 2nd seat or 9+ in 3rd or 4th 
  unless otherwise noted
- these responses only used when the opponents are below 1nt and only 
  when the bid is the first in the partnership
- two suit holdings are assumed to be 4 cards minimum

double - none of the below
1d - diamonds and hearts
1h - clubs and hearts
1s - diamonds and spades
1nt - majors 
2c - clubs and spades
2d - diamonds and hearts if 1d is unavailable
   - otherwise 5 card diamond suit
2h - 5 card hearts
2s - 5 card spades
2nt - 16+HCP and a balanced hand (stayman and transfers are on
                                  unless ops interfere, and should be bid 
				  even with 0 points)
3? - 7 cards in the suit, 8+ HCP

later responses:

over two suited bid followed by a rho pass:
  - a shift to the unbid suit in the pair indicates 4 card support
    and minimum holdings, sign off
  - a rebid of the bid suit indicates 4 card support and 10+ support points
  - a jumpshift to the unbid suit in the pair indicates 
    4 card support and 10+ support points
  - a shift to a suit not in the pair indicates 6 cards and 
    strongly denies support in either indicated suit

over a two suited bid followed by an rho non-pass:
  - a shift to the unbid suit indicates 4 card support and 10+ support points
  - otherwise same as above

over 1nt followed by an rho pass:
  - 2h/2s indicates 4 card support and minimum points, signoff
  - 3h/3s indicates 4 card support points and 10+ points
  - pass denies support

over 1nt followed by an rho non-pass:
  - 2h/2s indicates 4 card support and 10+ points

over a one suited bid:
  - a raise indicates 3 card support at 10+ support points
  - 2nt over an rho pass or double indicates a singleton or void in support
    and no desire to play
  - otherwise pass
